Welcome to this multimedia workshop. Two of our seasoned instructors are teaming up to bring you an extra special collaboration.
In this event You’ll create a vase for your favorite floral arrangement any time of year, plus once this piece you’ve created has been fired we’ll all reconvene and create both a special floral arrangement specifically for this event and we’ll learn how to paint a watercolor still life combing all of these elements into a truly unique piece of Art!
This workshop meets twice, our first meeting is Sunday October 4th 10am - 2pm where we host you for our clay play and Sunday October 25th 10am - 2pm for our Floral arranging and Watercolor Still Life painting
We’ll cover Ceramic Slab Building techniques for our vases, floral arranging and basic Watercolor techniques for our still life.
We supply:
Clay, Slab Templates, Ceramic Tools, We’ll provide the Glaze and Glazing once your vases have been bisque fired, all flowers needed for arranging at the 2nd meeting of this workshop, Frog/Floral Structural Mechanics/Floral Tape for arrangements, watercolors for use day of, Palettes, Brushes, Cups and Paper.
You will walk away from the workshop with a ceramic vase, a beautiful floral arrangement and a watercolor still life that you yourself have fully created!
