As we all are entering into Harvest Season many of us will be Cooking for ourselves and others as a way to bring community together, eat well and live vicariously through the Sonoma County bounty.
Food Enthusiasts this workshop is for you. By popular demand and special request Andrew M Kontrabecki will be offering a unique demonstration based Workshop showcasing his love for and years of experience with Ceramic Cookware. This workshop is two-fold: One-part Clay Demonstration where Andrew will present how he creates some of his favorite styles of Ceramic Cookware and secondly a demonstration of how to use your Ceramic Cookware once you’ve brought it into your Kitchen. Andrew will partner with local produce and meat purveyors, purchasing his ingredients fresh, creating a small menu of seasonal Lite-Bites which will be available to sample that day during the latter part of the workshop.
There will be ways to create your custom Ceramic cookware commission with Andrew as well as a select catalog of pieces to purchase, day of the workshop.
Workshop meets October 15th 11a-2p
